FUKUDA is a well-renowned manufacturer of electrocardiographs, patient monitoring systems from Japan. While sales are “strong” in the Japanese market, Fukuda recognized that a new international sales strategy was needed to better engage with overseas markets and competitors.

Audit and competitor gap analysis encompassing international sales websites, distributor and corporate intranets, Fukuda branding and messaging. Stakeholder workshops and interviews with senior management and distributors to identify the business processes as well as customer sales and support pain points that could be addressed by upgraded online infrastructure and marketing. Refreshing of the Fukuda logo, additional of a secondary color palette, brand visual assets, brand vision & mission statement, and development of corporate identity guidelines. Fukuda international sales website and intranet scope development, wire-framing, design, and development with integration of 3rd-party business process applications BOX and Zendesk for enhanced workflow productivity.
