Overview

The Brief

ViaSage needed an offsite and employer brand refresh that could turn “culture work” into a usable operating system: clear roles, a relaunch plan, and a consistent identity people can apply across teams and geographies. We structured the workshop lifecycle and delivered a brand-identity kit (tagline through KV) plus a standardized presentation system so ViaSage’s internal and external signals stay aligned as the business scales cross-border.

Challenge

Fast-growing teams feel cultural drift before they can name it: inconsistent messaging, unclear ownership, and a widening gap between the brand presented externally and the reality teams experience internally.

Tranformation

YF built a complete offsite workshop operating model covering pre-work assessment, immersive delivery, and post-work follow-up, and delivered an employer brand integration package tying culture to brand execution across roles and regions.

Impact

ViaSage gained a repeatable alignment format and a concrete employer brand toolkit, reducing ambiguity in how the brand gets applied day-to-day. The relaunch plan and governance structure gave teams a system to sustain the culture work long after the offsite.
