The brief

Grammarly Business needed Japanese-market enablement assets that make enterprise writing governance feel concrete and deployable — not like abstract “language tooling.” We localized and structured the Snippets and Custom Style Guide documentation into operational one-pagers, plus supporting video scripts, so admins can standardize terminology, scale best practices, and enforce brand voice across teams.

Japanese enterprise teams need writing consistency to build trust at scale, but standards usually live in fragmented documents with no clear path to adoption. Grammarly Business needed its key admin features to feel like concrete governance tools, not abstract software capabilities.

02 / Transformation

YF localized and produced Japanese feature one-pagers for Snippets and Custom Style Guides, maintaining content structure and visual hierarchy across multi-stage design reviews. Video scripts were also developed to support product demonstration in Japanese market contexts.

03 / Impact

Grammarly gained a Japanese enterprise enablement package that turns key admin features into repeatable governance workflows. The localized assets reduced adoption friction and gave enterprise sales teams materials that speak directly to Japanese organizational priorities.
