Case study
A regional message carrying full global authority.
Overview
TrainTracks needed Verizon’s Network as a Service (NaaS) story to land in APAC with the same authority and clarity as the original EMEA piece. We delivered a controlled localization and cutdown system — aligning language, pacing, and on-screen hierarchy across formats — so the narrative could scale across web and social placements without diluting security and agility positioning.

Challenge / Transformation / Impact
01 / Challenge
Verizon's Network as a Service story had been built for one region, but APAC audiences needed a version that reads as locally credible while preserving the original strategic claims around agility and security. A straight translation would lose both.
02 / Transformation
YF localized the core explainer into English and Japanese and produced a versioned delivery set spanning a full-length master and social cutdowns. The edit structure was governed to keep information density consistent while adapting pace and format for different placements.
03 / Impact
TrainTracks received an APAC-ready NaaS video package that preserves Verizon's strategic positioning while making the message deployable across web and social channels. The multi-format, bilingual system gave regional teams content they could use immediately without further production cycles.
What we made
Bilingual localization (EN/JP) of Verizon NaaS explainer; Full-length master version (approx. 3.5 minutes); Social cutdown version (approx. 30 seconds); Social cutdown version (approx. 15 seconds); Localized exports for each runtime (EN and JP); Terminology and message consistency governance across versions; Secure review and delivery workflow under NDA
