The Brief

UD Trucks’ Extra Mile Challenge needed to function as more than an event—creating a repeatable platform that turns driver skill, safety, and efficiency into a clear brand signal across multiple markets. The program required an integrated operational and creative system that could scale globally while delivering a consistent on-site experience.

Challenge

UD Trucks needed the Extra Mile Challenge to function as more than an event: a repeatable platform that turns driver skill, safety, and efficiency into a clear brand signal across multiple markets. Without a durable operating model, each edition would start from scratch.

Tranformation

YF delivered an end-to-end operating and communications toolkit for the global final: competition-flow governance, hospitality and transportation planning, a cohesive identity system, and a content framework designed to extend the program's reach beyond the event itself.
