Overview
The Brief
UD Trucks needed to convert a traditionally in-person service and parts conference into an online-first learning experience without losing clarity or attention. We built an efficient video production workflow that combined client self-shot capture with YF editorial governance, delivering a coherent set of conference modules with consistent title assets, transcription, and subtitles — so critical operational knowledge could scale across Japan.

Challenge
UD Trucks' service and parts leadership conference moved to a fully digital format, and internal education only works at scale when content stays structured, watchable, and genuinely accessible. The format shift exposed gaps in how internal knowledge was being captured and delivered.

YF designed the production system and capture protocols for UD's in-house shooting team, then built out the digital learning library with Japanese subtitles and structured transcripts. Every element was engineered for clarity and re-use beyond the conference itself.
