Overview
The Brief
UD Trucks needed internal adoption assets that could make two everyday systems — Yammer for community knowledge-sharing and Pickit for brand-safe asset access — feel simple, useful, and consistent across a distributed workforce. We produced short-form animated explainers and supporting posters that translated tool functionality into clear behaviors, accelerating “One UD” connection and standardizing how people communicate and build presentations.

Challenge
UD Trucks was rolling out Yammer and Pickit internally, and both platforms only create value when people use them consistently and correctly. With no clear onboarding assets, adoption would stay uneven and two important tools would go to waste.

Tranformation
YF produced two onboarding animation videos, one for each platform, structured around purpose, best practices, and step-by-step usage. Each was paired with poster designs covering engagement guidelines and platform etiquette, building a complete adoption toolkit teams could reference on their own.

Impact
UD Trucks gained a reusable onboarding package that reduced friction and set clear behavioral expectations across the organization. Teams built stronger Yammer knowledge-sharing habits and gained consistent, brand-safe access to assets through Pickit, making both platforms work as designed.
