Overview

The Brief

UD Trucks’ Ageo Marathon presence is a long-term community proof point, and the 2023 edition needed coverage that could capture brand endurance through real human performance. We produced a short after-movie and an extensive photo archive, building on the 2022 framework while adding bilingual accessibility — so the “Going the Extra Mile” story could travel beyond a local event into a repeatable internal and social asset.

Challenge

Ageo Marathon is a recurring community moment where UD Trucks can demonstrate culture through action, but the story only compounds if each edition is documented with consistent quality and a clear narrative arc. Coverage without those qualities produces archives, not brand assets.

Tranformation

YF planned and executed on-site capture for the marathon, producing a 3-minute after-movie with motion graphic overlays and event branding assets. An extensive documentary photo archive and a bilingual hero film were delivered to support both internal celebration and public channel deployment.

Impact

UD Trucks gained a repeatable annual documentation asset that reinforces community commitment and makes colleague performance easy to celebrate and share. The bilingual, high-energy hero film increased the reach and shelf life of the brand's community story.
