The initiative needed to align leaders globally, translate intent into practical behaviors, and scale consistently across regions and languages without relying on a one-off campaign.

01 / Challenge

TDK needed International Women's Day to do more than mark a calendar moment. The goal was building an internal, repeatable approach to Inclusive Leadership that teams could apply in daily work, with genuine leadership alignment behind it.

02 / Transformation

YF delivered an end-to-end Inclusive Leadership system: leadership communications and a multilingual message video package, a cohesive Key Visual identity rolled out across internal channels, and manager-ready learning assets designed for ongoing use.
