TDK wanted International Women’s Day to do more than celebrate, building an internal, repeatable approach to Inclusive Leadership that teams could use in daily work. The initiative needed to align leaders globally, translate intent into practical behaviors, and scale consistently across regions and languages without relying on a one-off campaign.

01 / Challenge

TDK needed International Women's Day to do more than mark a calendar moment. The goal was building an internal, repeatable approach to Inclusive Leadership that teams could apply in daily work, with genuine leadership alignment behind it.

YF delivered an end-to-end Inclusive Leadership system: leadership communications and a multilingual message video package, a cohesive Key Visual identity rolled out across internal channels, and manager-ready learning assets designed for ongoing use.
