UD Trucks needed a leadership summit that could unify a global management audience around a single operating direction, across languages and attention spans, in a hybrid format where in-room and digital participants experience the same program with equal clarity.

YF designed and produced a full leadership summit experience that translated the "Leading Towards Better Life" strategy into a coherent program, environment, and digital journey. From concept through on-site production, every layer was built to keep ESG and "Better Life" as practical leadership behaviors.
