This policy explains what personal data Yoroshiku Fantastic K.K. collects through yf.agency, why we have it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It sits alongside our cookie policy, which covers cookies and similar technologies specifically.
Almost nothing, unless you send it to us. There is no analytics on this site — no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no advertising or social pixel, and no cross-site tracking. We do not build profiles of visitors.
Two things reach us directly:
what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field
your email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter
Separately, Webflow — the platform that hosts and serves this site — keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of running and securing the infrastructure. We do not use those logs to identify or track visitors.
We use what you send us to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. If you subscribe, we use your email address to send the newsletter and for nothing else.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles.
Running a website means a few companies process data on our behalf:
Webflow hosts the site, serves its pages and receives contact form submissions
Substack hosts our newsletter and holds subscriber email addresses
our email provider carries the messages we exchange with you
Each acts on our instructions and under its own privacy terms. Instagram, LinkedIn and X are linked, not embedded — nothing from them loads on our pages, and they receive nothing until you choose to follow a link.
We are based in Tokyo, and the services above operate internationally, so your data may be processed on servers outside Japan. Where that happens we rely on those providers' own safeguards and contractual terms.
Enquiries stay in our inbox while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards as a record of what was discussed. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the footer of any issue.
Ask us to delete something sooner and we will.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to the address below and we will respond.
If you are covered by Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, or by the GDPR in the UK or EU, the rights those laws give you apply and we will honour them.
This site is aimed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
If we start collecting anything new — analytics, a different form, another provider — we will update this page before it goes live. The date at the top reflects the most recent change.
