Case study
Cross-border expertise positioned for a global audience.
Overview
ViaSage needed a website that could communicate cross-border HR and leadership expertise with clarity, credibility, and a consultative tone — without overwhelming visitors with “HR complexity.” We built a multi-page narrative and information architecture that positions culture, leadership, and people strategy as one integrated system, and makes ViaSage’s services easy to understand across the Korea–Japan–U.S. corridor.

Challenge / Transformation / Impact
01 / Challenge
ViaSage's expertise sits at the intersection of culture, leadership, and cross-border HR strategy, a positioning that collapses into generic consulting language when handled carelessly. The site needed to communicate real authority and still feel warm enough for high-stakes clients to trust.
02 / Transformation
YF built the full site architecture and content blueprint from scratch: brand narrative, homepage hero messaging, service structure, founder story, credential framing, and a contact flow built to convert. Every page was written to position ViaSage as a strategic partner.
03 / Impact
ViaSage launched with a credible digital platform built for global leaders seeking a real strategic partner. The structured service architecture makes it easy for the right clients to self-identify and reach out, turning the site into an always-on business development tool.
