Case study
Booth built as broadcast infrastructure. Brand-consistent from any angle.
Overview
Uniden’s return to the Ham Fair needed to read as a confident, modern brand signal in a crowded exhibition environment — consistent in color, lighting, and visual hierarchy. We designed and delivered an exhibition system anchored by a large-format LED wall and illuminated furniture, then governed setup logistics and compliance requirements so the booth operated as a stable, high-credibility presence over the full event.

Challenge / Transformation / Impact
01 / Challenge
In a dense, regulation-heavy trade show, a booth has to function as broadcast infrastructure: legible from distance, consistent on camera, and operationally reliable under strict venue rules and real-time conditions. Uniden's return to the Ham Fair required that level of rigor from the start.
02 / Transformation
YF designed the physical and digital booth system around a large-format LED vision wall with a controlled content loop and a branded backboard structure. Layout and furniture plans were developed, and the compliance-first build approach was applied throughout to prevent on-site delays.
03 / Impact
Uniden gained a high-fidelity exhibition environment that increased brand visibility and perceived professionalism through consistent lighting, color, and motion. The compliance-ready build reduced execution risk and gave the team a booth system they can redeploy and adapt for future shows.
