The brief

VOIS needed to function as real cross-border DE&I infrastructure, not a one-off seminar. We produced the event system end to end — content design, interactive dialogue mechanics, and a reliable multi-camera broadcast setup — so Isuzu, UD Trucks, and Volvo Group participants could engage in a structured conversation about “normal” across cultures.

01 / Challenge

Cross-border organizations often treat DE&I as messaging, but what teams actually need is a repeatable operating model for understanding, navigating disagreement, and handling conflict across cultures. A one-off seminar produces energy without infrastructure.

02 / Transformation

YF developed the full event concept and content roadmap around cultural intelligence frameworks, including Hofstede's cultural dimensions and a structured conflict-handling model. Interactive dialogue mechanics were designed to give participants a shared language and practical tools they could take back to their teams.

03 / Impact

VOIS established itself as a dependable platform for cross-border dialogue, where participants gain concrete language for culture and conflict rather than abstract values. The interactive design increased engagement and gave the organizing teams a repeatable event model they can run year over year.
