Case study
Culture as action. Documented to last.
Overview
UD Trucks’ long-running Ageo Marathon participation needed documentation that could capture community commitment as lived culture, not just sponsorship. We produced a concise event film and a broad photo archive that translates colleague participation into a credible brand signal — building continuity with past years while refreshing the visual standard for modern social and internal use.

Challenge / Transformation / Impact
01 / Challenge
UD Trucks' involvement in the Ageo Marathon is a long-term community proof point, but that value only compounds with consistent, quality documentation year over year. Coverage that varies in quality or tone breaks the compounding effect the brand is trying to build.
02 / Transformation
YF planned and executed on-site coverage with a two-format production stack designed for reliable run-and-gun performance, then edited a concise event film in post with a broad, organized photo archive to support multiple use cases across internal and public channels.
03 / Impact
UD Trucks received a reusable community-event asset package that strengthens continuity messaging and makes colleague participation easy to celebrate across internal and public channels. The consistent quality set a clear standard for future editions to build from.
