Case study
Regional excellence made ready to scale.
Overview
UD Trucks needed to turn a regional 5S success story into a scalable internal learning asset for the national Uptime Conference. We shaped a high-density case-study video around the Fukushima Customer Center, combining a structured script, disciplined editing, and consistent titling and subtitles — so operational best practices could travel beyond one site and become reusable knowledge infrastructure.

Challenge / Transformation / Impact
01 / Challenge
UD Trucks had a genuine regional success story in Fukushima CC's 5S practices, but conference content only travels when it's structured, watchable, and built for reuse. Raw operational knowledge rarely makes that transition on its own.
02 / Transformation
YF created a detailed video script and production plan for the Fukushima case study, including interview prompts, telop text, and shot guidance for facility, assembly, and workplace sequences. The result was a production-ready asset engineered for conference delivery.
03 / Impact
UD Trucks gained a conference-ready operational case study that captures proven 5S practices in a concise, reusable format, making regional excellence easier to communicate and replicate across the national network.
