The Brief
Innovation Hour Vol. 3 needed to work as an internal engagement operating system, not a one-off talk. We produced a hybrid event experience that connects leadership intent with expert perspective, supports bilingual participation, and delivers broadcast-grade reliability so engagement discussions could scale across the Isuzu Group.

Challenge
Employee engagement becomes abstract when leadership messages are delivered without a clear dialogue structure or a delivery system that genuinely reaches a distributed workforce. Isuzu needed Innovation Hour to function as a repeatable engagement operating system with lasting internal impact.

Tranformation
YF designed the program flow and run-of-show for a hybrid executive session featuring internal leadership and an external expert, including cueing for camera states, presentation modes, and live interaction segments across both in-room and remote participants.

Impact
Isuzu gained a repeatable hybrid event blueprint for internal alignment that can scale engagement initiatives across group companies. The bilingual production and interaction layer improved accessibility and gave leadership a format they can run consistently going forward.
