The Brief

BonJour Bon is a neighborhood bakery brand in Kichijoji, Tokyo, built for everyday family rituals: bringing something warm home, sharing it with someone you care about, and turning a routine street into a repeat visit. Their operational model was efficient (par-baked bread from a central kitchen, finished in-store across multiple locations), but the storefront experience needed a clearer, more magnetic story at the point of purchase: what’s special here, and what should I buy right now?

Challenge

BonJour Bon operates in a busy neighborhood environment where most purchase decisions happen in seconds, from the sidewalk. The bakery needed a sharper customer-facing strategy that could translate its warmth and quality into immediate clarity at the point of choice.

Tranformation

YF built a street-to-store conversion campaign designed for real-world performance: a product-highlight flyer built for fast scanning, a behind-the-process social content layer that showed the craft behind the product, and a curated hero selection that made choosing easy.
