The brief

The 2026 kick-off was positioned as strategic infrastructure for TDK Transformation, an operating narrative and experience that connects “United by Venture Spirit” to leadership commitments and the T131 direction. We built a cohesive story arc across program design, speaker moments, and interactive participation so the theme didn’t land as a slogan, but as an executable framework leaders could own and cascade. The result was a high-density, globally consistent signal that combined strategic validation, internal governance, and practical toolkits to sustain momentum beyond the day itself.

The work

01 / Challenge

TDK needed to align global leadership around its transformation roadmap and translate the "United by Venture Spirit" vision into clear, repeatable behaviors across the organization. A kick-off that produced energy without structure would fade within weeks.

02 / Transformation

YF designed the event narrative and program architecture, produced executive and highlight films, and delivered a full suite of brand and environment assets reinforcing "United by Venture Spirit" throughout. The system was built for rapid internal deployment beyond the event itself.

03 / Impact

The kick-off established a unified transformation narrative that leaders could adopt and repeat, backed by a toolkit of videos, visual assets, and presentation standards ready for internal use. TDK gained an event infrastructure that continued working after the room emptied.

Narrative & program design for leadership kick-off; speaker segment framing and facilitation plan; interactive “My Venture Spirit Action” session design; executive commitment video (Corporate Officer messages); highlight film for internal rollout; opening proof-of-concept video and accompanying audio piece; stage and environmental graphic system (large backdrop + roll-up banner set); brand building blocks and rollout-ready PPT template materials; hybrid broadcast production package (multi-camera capture, live stream, live captions, LED/AV coordination); MC scripts and final presentation support.
