Case study
Global partners aligned across geographies and time zones.
Overview
UD Trucks’ partner network needed a single, high-fidelity moment of alignment that could translate corporate vision and the “New Isuzu Group” roadmap into a shared operational reality across markets. We engineered a hybrid-ready global conference system — combining interactive event platforms, broadcast-grade production options, and structured content assets — so partners could engage, ask questions, and leave with a clear direction.

Challenge / Transformation / Impact
01 / Challenge
UD Trucks needed to align international partners around a new strategic direction while operating across geographies, time zones, and shifting constraints on physical gathering. Translating corporate vision into a shared operational reality for a global partner network is a coordination problem as much as a communications one.
02 / Transformation
YF designed the full conference architecture across Corporate Day and Business Day, and built a delivery system that could run as either a hybrid stage production or a lean virtual studio depending on conditions. The format kept flexibility without sacrificing clarity or production quality.
03 / Impact
UD Trucks gained a repeatable partner-conference framework that supports global alignment regardless of format. The two-mode architecture gave leadership a reliable infrastructure for strategic communication that can scale up or down based on what the moment requires.
