Overview

The brief

We partnered with UD Trucks to design and deliver the 7th Women’s Driver Test-Drive as an end-to-end experience platform—built to attract, support, and retain a more diverse logistics workforce. The program needed to translate heavy-duty product engineering into a driver-first environment, while also creating a repeatable operating model UD teams could run again with confidence. YF led strategy, branding, and operations across two days at the UD Experience Center, aligning every touchpoint—from seminar to factory tour to workshops—into a coherent narrative and a tightly governed run-of-show that could withstand real-world scrutiny from professional drivers.

The work

01 / Challenge

UD Trucks needed more than an event. They needed a repeatable format to credibly engage women drivers, capture structured insights, and reinforce brand trust through operational precision across two full days, with everything from participant journey to leadership briefing designed to hold up under real conditions.

02 / Transformation

YF delivered a full experience system: event narrative architecture, inclusive participant journey design, and operational governance including manuals, minute-by-minute scripts, and a comprehensive leadership deck. Every element was built to be replicable for future editions without starting from scratch.

03 / Impact

UD Trucks gained an operational blueprint for running a driver-first, inclusivity-forward test-drive program with consistent brand signal throughout. The event produced structured participant feedback and gave the brand a credible, scalable platform for building long-term diversity in its driver workforce.
