A global brand headquartered in Taiwan, having offices in China, Japan, USA, Germany, etc. ARMA Speed specializes in Hyperflow carbon intake systems and excels in high-end brake caliper kits, aerodynamic body kits, exhaust valve systems, and high-performance air filters.

ARMA Speed needed to reposition as a modern, cutting-edge performance parts manufacturer and create clear premium segmentation across their product lineup, in a category where most brands look interchangeable at a glance.

02 / Transformation

YF delivered a brand overhaul and brake caliper product design that pushed the limits of the alloy casting process to achieve sharp, distinctive geometry. The trapezoid brake silhouette became the visual anchor for ARMA's premium tier, separating it from standard-line products through form alone.

03 / Impact

ARMA Speed gained a distinctive, ownable product silhouette that functions as both performance design and brand signature. The premium segmentation is now visible in the product itself, giving the brand a physical proof point for its positioning in every market it enters.
