Overview
The Brief
UD Trucks’ Hiroshima Customer Center launch needed a single, high-credibility story asset that could introduce the new facility, reflect the service culture behind it, and work across digital channels. We produced a short-form flagship video built on executive and frontline interviews, facility storytelling, and disciplined editorial decisions — so the Customer Center’s operational upgrade translated into a clear, watchable narrative.

01
Challenge
UD Trucks needed to communicate the opening of the Hiroshima Customer Center in a way that felt tangible, trustworthy, and human. The challenge was capturing the service culture the building was built around, giving the story substance beyond architecture and square footage.
02
Tranformation
YF planned and executed an end-to-end video production: location scouting, a two-day shoot with drone, facility interiors and exteriors, vehicle movement sequences, and structured interviews. Every production element was designed to give the final story both visual credibility and emotional grounding.
03
Impact
UD Trucks received a polished short-form story asset that introduced the new Hiroshima Customer Center as a modern, dependable service environment, elevating internal confidence around the transition and giving the brand a strong opening narrative to build from.
