TDK ran a Term 130 leadership kick-off to align executives and global leaders around a single transformation story (“Transforming Our Own Capabilities”). The program combined executive commitments, external macro context, and a high-performance benchmark session, delivered as a hybrid, multi-language experience with real-time interaction and post-event highlight assets.

Large leadership kick-offs generate short-term energy but fail to convert intent into sustained behavior when the message is fragmented across speakers, remote audiences, and follow-up that never arrives. TDK needed a kick-off built as durable alignment infrastructure with real staying power.

02 / Transformation

YF architected the event narrative and program flow for TDK's Term 130 "Transforming Our Own Capabilities" kick-off, including executive address framing, officer commitment formats, and a hybrid production model that kept global leaders equally present and accountable.

03 / Impact
