The brief

beSTREAM needed a product experience that communicates “secure video distribution” as a dependable system, not just a storage tool. We designed a UX/UI and brand interface layer that makes secure sharing feel simple across channels, embedding the brand into the reliability of links, embeds, and governance patterns users touch every day.

01 / Challenge

Secure video sharing only scales when the user experience removes friction at the exact moment content is distributed. beSTREAM needed its platform interface to communicate security and simplicity simultaneously, across multiple sharing modes.

02 / Transformation

YF designed the UX/UI system and key interface screens for beSTREAM, aligning interaction patterns and visual hierarchy around secure distribution workflows. The work codified the platform's three sharing modes into a clear, consistent product experience.

03 / Impact

beSTREAM gained a coherent product interface that makes secure sharing easier to understand and faster to execute across distribution contexts. The strengthened trust signals and clearer workflows reduced the cognitive load for users distributing sensitive content.
