Challenge

Cross-corporate partnerships often struggle to turn DE&I from shared values into day-to-day behaviors that support real innovation. The challenge was designing an event that builds psychological safety and gives participants concrete tools to work across organizational boundaries.

Tranformation

YF designed the event narrative and program structure around the frame "DE&I = Innovation," including two panel discussion frameworks, an executive dialogue model, and a hybrid production system that kept remote and in-room participants equally engaged throughout.

Impact

VOIS 2024 delivered a repeatable hybrid event model for cross-border culture alignment, giving participants concrete language and scenarios for honesty, inclusion, and collaborative decision-making. The format gave partner organizations a shared experience to build on in future cycles.
