TDK’s Summer 2025 townhall required broadcast-grade production, multilingual accessibility, and tight message control for a global workforce. We owned the end-to-end build of the leadership communication environment — from run-of-show architecture and executive presentation framework to live streaming, on-site technical direction, and redundancy planning — so the message landed clearly and consistently across audiences.

TDK needed a high-trust internal communications moment that could scale across languages and viewing contexts without losing narrative clarity. A global workforce watching from different locations and time zones required a broadcast system that made every viewer feel like the primary audience.

YF delivered a full townhall production system: run-of-show and production roadmap, executive presentation framework support, key visual and streaming screen asset iterations, and an opening video package. Every element was built to maintain message integrity across both the physical venue and the global livestream.
