TDK’s second Town Hall Meeting, delivered as a two-day internal leadership forum with broadcast-grade production and on-site operational governance. YF owned the event architecture, venue and systems planning, and live production execution so the organization could focus on leadership communication rather than logistics.

TDK needed a repeatable internal communications format that could carry a complex leadership narrative across a two-day program, on-site and via livestream, without technical friction or operational noise undermining the message at any point.

02 / Transformation

YF planned and executed end-to-end event production for the two-day Town Hall: venue layout and technical schematics, run-of-show and speaker support, multi-camera live broadcast setup and operation, and real-time troubleshooting throughout both days.

03 / Impact

TDK ran a stable, broadcast-ready communication environment where technical complexity stayed invisible to attendees and speakers. Leadership messaging and interactive moments were delivered cleanly, giving the organization a dependable format to build from in future communications cycles.
