Challenge

TDK needed International Women's Day to do more than mark a calendar moment. The goal was building an internal, repeatable approach to Inclusive Leadership that teams could apply in daily work, with genuine leadership alignment behind it.

Tranformation

YF delivered an end-to-end Inclusive Leadership system: leadership communications and a multilingual message video package, a cohesive Key Visual identity rolled out across internal channels, and manager-ready learning assets designed for ongoing use.

TDK received a turnkey IWD platform that translated Inclusive Leadership into practical, repeatable mechanisms. Leadership alignment, scalable communications, and manager-ready learning assets gave the initiative staying power well beyond the awareness week itself.
