The Brief
TDK wanted International Women’s Day to do more than celebrate—building an internal, repeatable approach to Inclusive Leadership that teams could use in daily work. The initiative needed to align leaders globally, translate intent into practical behaviors, and scale consistently across regions and languages without relying on a one-off campaign.

Challenge
