The Brief

UD Trucks needed a facility-story asset that could introduce the relocated Kashima Customer Center as a modern service benchmark and a workplace built for a diverse, global team. We produced a short-form hero video and a supporting photo set that translate operational upgrades and frontline voices into a clear, credible narrative for both internal alignment and external communication.

Challenge

The Kashima Customer Center relocation was a major operational upgrade, but its value had to be communicated in a way that makes efficiency, service quality, and workplace culture legible at a glance, for both customers and prospective employees.

Tranformation

YF planned and executed a facility capture built across three layers: operational proof covering workshop flow and inspection systems, leadership messaging through executive interviews, and workplace culture through employee testimonials. Every element was designed to serve both external and internal communications.

Impact

UD Trucks received a clear, reusable communications package that positions the relocated Kashima CC as a modern, efficient service environment and an attractive workplace for a diverse team. The hero film and supporting assets give the facility a brand presence that extends well beyond the opening.
