Case study
Wall-bound insight made accessible to every screen.
Overview
Boehringer Ingelheim had already done the hard thinking: a full customer journey ecosystem mapped across meeting room walls. The problem was not insight. It was reach. We turned an analog, room-bound artifact into a digital customer journey story built for internal web adoption — so teams could align faster, onboard consistently, and make decisions from the same shared narrative.

Challenge / Transformation / Impact
01 / Challenge
Boehringer Ingelheim had mapped a comprehensive customer journey ecosystem across meeting room walls: detailed, insightful, and locked to one physical location. The thinking existed. The reach did not.
02 / Transformation
YF scanned and fully rebuilt the wall journey in vector, then animated it into a navigable motion system. Creator-led video walkthroughs kept the original thinking intact while making the entire ecosystem shareable and accessible across stakeholder levels.
03 / Impact
Internal teams gained a single shared source of truth for the end-to-end customer journey, accessible to anyone regardless of location. Alignment improved as the animated system gave teams a consistent, navigable reference they could actually act on.
What we made
- Creator-led walkthrough capture (on-site video documentation + embedded tool context); - Full-wall scans and complete vector rebuild of the customer journey ecosystem; - Motion design system and animated film covering the end-to-end journey; - Internal web-ready asset for onboarding, stakeholder alignment, and ongoing reference; - Reusable vector asset library for future updates and spin-outs
