The Brief
Isuzu needed an internal AI program that feels like an innovation engine, not a ceremonial award. We produced the AI Innovation Challenge event and supporting asset system as a hybrid, bilingual experience — combining clear governance, executive sponsorship, and durable post-event media — so winning work could be recognized and shared across the group.

Challenge
Internal innovation programs fail when recognition is decoupled from learning and when remote audiences receive a diluted experience. Isuzu needed an AI challenge event that felt like a genuine internal innovation engine, with equal participation from domestic and global teams.

YF designed and executed a hybrid award ceremony and presentation event covering the full program flow: awards, top-team presentations, expert commentary, and closing. A bilingual broadcast system was engineered to keep remote audiences fully present throughout, with structured interaction built into the format.
