The Brief

UD Trucks needed a social-first employer branding system that could translate its Employee Value Proposition into short, high-impact stories for a global talent audience. We shaped a modular set of EVP videos that spotlight real people, everyday culture, and modern ways of working — giving UD a repeatable format to communicate who they are and why talented candidates should join.

Challenge

UD Trucks needed employer branding that could translate its Employee Value Proposition into stories a global talent audience would actually believe. Generic corporate HR content produces skepticism. Real employee stories build trust.

Tranformation

YF developed the concept architecture and scripts for a multi-video EVP series, then executed production planning, on-site shooting, and coordination across multiple locations and employee participants. The system was designed for modularity so HR and brand teams could deploy it across channels and markets.
