Case study
Kit that encodes membership, hierarchy, and team identity.
Overview
GYPSY Team needed kit that actually means something when you show up to a ride — not just another jersey in the pile. We built a tiered system where what you wear tells the group who you are, keeps every collab drop looking like GYPSY, and works whether you're rolling out in Japan or across Italy.

Challenge / Transformation / Impact
01 / Challenge
As GYPSY grew, apparel had to do more than look good. It needed to encode membership hierarchy, collaboration identity, and cross-border consistency so the community could scale without visual drift or ambiguity about what each kit represents.
02 / Transformation
YF designed multiple jersey and kit editions across seasons and collaborations, including the GYPSY Cafe x Chapter2 Team Edition and the King Squad edition, then extended the system into tiered membership structures with personalized touches for different rider levels.
03 / Impact
GYPSY gained a scalable apparel identity system that makes membership structure visible, strengthens community cohesion, and reduces production ambiguity across drops. The tiered kits gave the community a language for belonging that grows with the group.
