Overview
The Brief
UD Trucks needed a global-ready asset library that could communicate performance and “extra mile” spirit across markets through diverse, high-energy running imagery. We produced a structured photo and short-form video system featuring a curated set of models and hero talent, delivering retouched stills and graded clips designed for flexible use in marketing, PR, and facility environments.

Challenge
UD Trucks' global brand expression required running imagery that travels across regions and audiences, but representation and visual consistency had to be engineered deliberately. Ad-hoc casting and one-off shoots produce inconsistent libraries that brands end up avoiding.

Tranformation
YF developed a multi-version production plan and executed a high-density shoot built around hero runners, supporting models, and the QUON truck, with controlled coverage across stills and motion. The system was designed to generate a broad, usable library from a single production event.

Impact
UD Trucks gained a reusable, market-flexible visual library that strengthens global representation and gives teams consistent performance imagery to deploy across channels. The structured shoot reduced the cost and coordination overhead of future content production.
