The brief

UD Trucks needed its internal studio to operate as a dependable broadcast node — one that looks brand-consistent on camera and performs reliably across multi-language, multi-PC live scenarios. We upgraded both the room environment and the AV backbone, turning the studio into repeatable infrastructure for leadership communication, interpretation workflows, and high-stakes internal streaming.

01 / Challenge

UD Trucks' internal studio was becoming a critical communications surface, but it needed to perform on two dimensions at once: brand presence on camera and broadcast reliability across multi-language, multi-PC live scenarios. Gaps in either direction would undermine both.

02 / Transformation

YF delivered an integrated studio refresh combining environmental design and technical system updates, including wall graphics, 3D lettering, print-ready production files, and audio and signal routing improvements that support multilingual live broadcasts.

03 / Impact

UD Trucks gained a more stable, broadcast-ready studio that supports multilingual leadership communication with clearer audio, more reliable signal routing, and simpler day-to-day operation. The refresh gave the space a consistent on-camera brand identity that holds up under broadcast conditions.
