Overview

The brief

Isuzu needed seasonal visual assets that keep the brand culturally resonant while staying consistent across vehicle, digital, and physical touchpoints. We developed two seasonal design systems — Sakura Day and ELFmio summer — and governed their rollout through iterative refinements, technical asset rules, and delivery coordination so the visuals could be deployed reliably at scale.

The work

01 / Challenge

Seasonal campaigns can quickly dilute a brand when motifs and executions vary across channels. Isuzu needed seasonal visuals that feel culturally timely while maintaining core brand consistency across vehicle surfaces, digital placements, and physical touchpoints.

02 / Transformation

YF designed a Sakura Day vehicle-focused visual system through multi-version refinement, using simulation assets to validate how motifs sit on complex surfaces. A parallel set of ELFmini seasonal wallpapers was developed, with a governed iteration process to maintain brand integrity at each stage.

03 / Impact

Isuzu gained a repeatable seasonal visual framework that enables faster campaign execution while protecting core brand consistency. The governed process improved deployment confidence across channels and gave the team a clear template for future seasonal activations.
