Case study
Legacy made permanent. Authority made visible.
Overview
UD Trucks needed to capture a major brand heritage milestone and translate it into a durable, reusable story asset — not just event photos. We were brought in to design the visual governance around legacy and leadership, ensuring the work could serve internal communications, PR, and long-term brand credibility. We worked within strict operational constraints (sensitive facilities, limited access, and non-disruption requirements) while protecting consistency, tone, and narrative clarity across all deliverables.

Challenge / Transformation / Impact
01 / Challenge
A high-visibility heritage recognition moment created a rare opportunity to reinforce UD Trucks' long-term authority, but only if the visual documentation was structured to function as a permanent brand asset with a life well beyond the event itself.
02 / Transformation
YF delivered a structured documentation system covering ceremony signal capture, leadership and executive interactions, and heritage asset photography. Every shot was planned to serve both immediate communications and long-term brand storytelling.
03 / Impact
UD Trucks received a complete, brand-consistent asset library that functions as permanent proof of heritage and leadership continuity, enabling confident internal and external storytelling far beyond the event itself.
What we made
Event and executive photography coverage; Heritage asset documentation (vehicle + archival details); Leadership portrait / interaction set; Priority “must shots” rapid-turn selects; Post-production: selects, retouching, delivery packs for internal/external comms; Asset organization for reuse across channels
