The Brief
AXA Japan’s kick-off program required more than event production. It needed a decision-ready strategy that could align executives, procurement, and operations before a single cable was laid. We supported AXA at the strategic consulting layer, shaping a concept-driven event strategy, venue direction, budgeting logic, and a visual identity system designed to scale across stage, screen, and supporting materials — so internal teams could move from “idea” to “approved plan” with confidence.
