Overview

The Brief

TDK needed a global employee activation system that ties movement and wellbeing to a unifying brand narrative, and remains consistent across regions and digital touchpoints. We designed the TDKFit Challenge visual system and Pacer app asset kit, plus campaign-ready banners, posters, and short-form videos, so local teams could launch and adapt the challenge without brand drift.

Challenge

Global steps challenges lose momentum when the experience feels generic, visuals vary by region, and the app interface diverges from the campaign brand story. TDK needed a cohesive activation that felt unified whether an employee was in Tokyo, Frankfurt, or New York.

Tranformation

YF developed a versioned key visual system through multiple iterations and translated it into a complete engagement toolkit: editable A3 poster templates, intranet banner designs, and app-integrated assets that kept the campaign visually consistent across all touchpoints.

Impact

TDK gained a repeatable global activation package that makes participation feel unified across sites and channels. The governed visual system and app-ready assets reduced friction for local rollout teams and gave the wellness initiative a brand presence that holds up at scale.
